generate traffic and repeat visits by promoting

direction, copy. Campaign executed in print and
e-mail and targeted existing broadband clients.

Brief: Relaunch auto insurance
product
Role: Creative direction, copy.
Classic direct mail assignment — reverse
downward acquisition trend in recent years notwithstanding
battery of tests and data mining. Results: unqualified
success with massive lift in front-end response,
stable conversion rate, significantly lower acquisition
cost.
